MDCAT 2025 will be conducted on 05 October 2025 at different centers in Pakistan. In this regard, a candidate who has applied for MDCAT 2025 must know which documents to take along with them at the test center.
It is very important to know which documents are required for appearing in MDCAT 2025 exam center and which documents are not? It is because a lot of students or candidates when appear on exam do face this problem at their test centers when they are not allowed to sit and take their exam. So here is a complete list of those things/documents which are required, optional and not allowed/prohibited.

Following are the mandatory documents to appear in test of MDCAT 2025.
- πͺͺ CNIC, B-Form, or Passport (any one, as applicable)
- π« Printed Admit Card (Admittance Card)
- π Domicile Certificate
- π Matriculation (SSC) Certificate / Result Card
- π Intermediate (HSSC/FSc) Certificate / Result Card
- Or Hope Certificate (if result is still awaited)
- πΌοΈ Recent Passport-size Photograph (usually with a blue background)
- π³ MDCAT Fee Payment Receipt / Proof of Payment
- π Undertaking Form (downloadable from PMDC portal)
β Allowed Items
Here are some items which are not mandatory but could be helpful while attempting the paper for MDCAT 2025.
- ποΈ Two Blue Ballpoint Pens (no gel, ink, or pencils)
- π Clean Transparent Clipboard (without any writing)
- π§ Small Transparent Bottle of Water
π« Not Allowed Items
Students must be careful with the following items, because they are not allowed and if candidates found with these items will not be allowed to appear in exam.
- π± Electronics: Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, earbuds, health bands, cameras, pen drives, electronic pens/scanners
- ποΈ Stationery: Pencils, markers, gel pens, ink pens, highlighters, calculators, log tables, geometry sets, scales
- π Books & Papers: Notes, printed material, chits, rough sheets
- π Personal Belongings: Bags, wallets, purses, plastic pouches
- π Accessories: Jewelry, caps, goggles, bracelets, etc.
- π Food & Drinks: Any eatables, juices, soft drinks (only transparent water bottle allowed)
